Being a smaller business ourselves, we have experienced both the joys and pains of organic growth. Like most successful small businesses our employee count has increased since those early days.

And our need for HR also increased, and after applying and listening to the “right advice” we decided that this was definitely something we should be able to make accessible to our clients.
